Job Summary:

As a Graduate Internal Sales Engineer or Intern at Trane Australia, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving business growth and fostering client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for sales and a keen interest in HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

· Provide assistance to the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and managing customer inquiries. This includes equipment product selections, application, proposals and sales development.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Trane Australia’s HVAC products and services to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless project execution, from initial consultation to post-sales support.

  • Participate in training programs to enhance your sales skills and technical knowledge of HVAC systems.

  • Prepare regular sales report and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.

  • Travel to client sites as necessary to conduct meetings, site assessments and project consultations.This may involve regional travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Must have a valid Australian working visa.

  • Driving license
