About the role

We have a great opportunity for Site based Contract Administrators to be part of a WA based Rare Earth Mineral Processing Project. The Site Contract Administrators will handle post award contract administration activities major construction contracts >AUD$100M. These newly created roles are offered on a Permanent or Full Time Contract basis, on a 2/1 Drive In Drive Out (DIDO) Roster.

Role Responsibilities

• Facilitate Contract kick-off meeting

• Facilitate weekly progress meetings

• Prepare and issue minutes of meeting

• Evaluate monthly progress claims

• Evaluate contractor variation claims

• Prepare all contractual letters and maintain correspondence register

• Facilitate re-measure of quantities and prepare contract variations as applicable

• Prepare Site Instructions and Contract Variation Documentation for agreed contractual changes

• Utilising and continuous updating of Fluor Contract Administration system to reflect current status of contracts

• Monthly Contract Cost Reporting

• Contract close-out activities

• Be proactive with contractors to ensure contract compliance, generation of progress, schedules, daily and other status reports, invoices and supporting documents in a timely manner
