Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Take care of top executives' calendars and schedule in a very sensitive, efficient and confidential way

  • You will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and prioritise your time as well as those you support. To be successful you will be an accomplished communicator and be confident liaising with executive level managers and their peers.

  • You will have the autonomy to exercise your own judgement on process and projects as well as in unexpected situations, therefore you should have some experience of process improvement, stakeholder /expectation management in a corporate environment.

  • You will be expected to be professional, confidential, and articulate, in return you will join a hard working but successful team with a sense of camaraderie, in an organization that can offer many opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience & knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

  • Proven organisational skills.

  • High level of diplomacy and confidentiality

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate from senior management to shared service support offshore.

  • An excellent level of attention to detail

  • Able to work to tight deadlines.

  • Event Management

  • Ability to prioritise workload in a demanding team environment.

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English. Spoken and written.

  • Bachelor’s degree or up to 2 years relevant experience.

  • Working in American corporate companies – advantage.
