Continental Group Leader - Regulatory Compliance in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Within the Regulatory Affairs group, the Homologation & Regulatory Compliance (HRC) department is responsible for navigating our customers through the increasing complexity of homologation, certification, and licensing to ensure legally and regulatory compliant business.

As Group Leader HRC (m/f/diverse) , responsible for the HRC Team in PJ, Malaysia, you will join a global team dedicated to ensuring the legal and regulatory compliance of our products with respect to the ever-evolving regulatory landscape.

The role involves two main roles.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating and leading the complete HRC Team in PJ in the execution of their HRC responsibilities.

  • You will also be responsible to lead, challenge, facilitate and empower the HRC PJ team to embrace operational transformation, utilising automation, achieving efficiency gains, optimising how we allocate our capacities and resources.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or similar

4 years of professional experience in the area of ​​product development, process management or similar

Experience leading projects with high complexity and cross-functional teams

3 years of experience in leading people

3 years of experience working in international teams
