What you will do:
Overall responsibility to drive project management excellence across the organization
How you will do it:
Track and analyze project performance metrics, preparing regular reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
Assist in conducting project audits and health checks to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Ensure that projects are aligned with strategic objectives, monitor the portfolio of projects, and optimize resource allocation.
Support activities such as UBR, revenue, billing, and legacy projects clean-up to maintain project efficiency.
Implement and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices across the organization.
Ensure adherence to Johnson Controls policies related to project execution, interfacing with other functions as necessary.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the PMO.
Drive initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of project management practices across the organization.
What we look for:
Relevant qualification preferably in mechanical engineering.
Minimum 3 years of PMO experience.
Committed to complete given tasks on time, ability to work independently and taking ownerships and responsibilities on the role that had been assigned to you.
Self-motivated and open minded with passion to challenge status quo and drive for continuous improvement.
Good project management skill, process excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage your team, clients and subcontractors/vendors.
