What you will do:

  • Overall responsibility to drive project management excellence across the organization

    How you will do it:

  • Track and analyze project performance metrics, preparing regular reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

  • Assist in conducting project audits and health checks to identify and mitigate risks and issues.

  • Ensure that projects are aligned with strategic objectives, monitor the portfolio of projects, and optimize resource allocation.

  • Support activities such as UBR, revenue, billing, and legacy projects clean-up to maintain project efficiency.

  • Implement and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices across the organization.

  • Ensure adherence to Johnson Controls policies related to project execution, interfacing with other functions as necessary.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the PMO.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of project management practices across the organization.

    What we look for:

  • Relevant qualification preferably in mechanical engineering.

  • Minimum 3 years of PMO experience.

  • Committed to complete given tasks on time, ability to work independently and taking ownerships and responsibilities on the role that had been assigned to you.

  • Self-motivated and open minded with passion to challenge status quo and drive for continuous improvement.

  • Good project management skill, process excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage your team, clients and subcontractors/vendors.
