How you will do it:

  • External communication with customers, consultants and contractors in supervising, manage sites activities to ensure compliance to quality standards.

  • Internal communicate and work closely with project manager, project engineer, administration, sales, procurement and other departments to ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved.

  • Prepare project and service documentation such as weekly or monthly report, Project/Service Plan, Technical Document, Material Document Submission, drawings and O&M.

  • Participate in the regular meeting of the project/service , allocate, arrange and complete the relevant work on time according to the meeting requirements and report daily or weekly progress at site.

  • Manage/Monitor/Track project /service work and control cost to ensure project/service is completed on time within budget, contractual and safety standard.

  • Implement Safety measure to ensure all work is done safely.

  • Perform system assembly, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, commissioning and maintenance.

    What we look for:

  • Must be skill certification PW3 or PW4.

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

  • Good written in English and Bahasa and verbal communication skills with both internal and external.

  • Good interpersonal and communication with both internal and external.

  • Strong team player and ability to multi-task.

  • Able to work in off office hours (midnight) and able to go outstation if necessary.
