How you will do it:
External communication with customers, consultants and contractors in supervising, manage sites activities to ensure compliance to quality standards.
Internal communicate and work closely with project manager, project engineer, administration, sales, procurement and other departments to ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved.
Prepare project and service documentation such as weekly or monthly report, Project/Service Plan, Technical Document, Material Document Submission, drawings and O&M.
Participate in the regular meeting of the project/service , allocate, arrange and complete the relevant work on time according to the meeting requirements and report daily or weekly progress at site.
Manage/Monitor/Track project /service work and control cost to ensure project/service is completed on time within budget, contractual and safety standard.
Implement Safety measure to ensure all work is done safely.
Perform system assembly, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
What we look for:
Must be skill certification PW3 or PW4.
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience.
Familiar with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Good written in English and Bahasa and verbal communication skills with both internal and external.
Good interpersonal and communication with both internal and external.
Strong team player and ability to multi-task.
Able to work in off office hours (midnight) and able to go outstation if necessary.
