The Queries Management Senior Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for managing daily transactions processing support to deliver Accounts Payable services accurately, efficiently and in accordance with company’s policies, guidelines, and operating procedures.
This position is part of the Accounts Payable SAP team located in Kuala Lumpur and will be hybrid. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage day to day queries management activities via ServiceNow platform while ensuring SLA’s are met.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors globally by providing advice, guidance, and support to help the business.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Working experience 2-5 years in a multinational organization or Shared Service environment, preferably in Purchase to Pay
Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal
SAP and Microsoft Excel knowledge
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Clearing backlogs
Process improvement projects
