JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure automated production machines are ready Perform PM\'s on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems and production machines Perform maintenance / repair on access control systems, HVAC, and other building mechanical/electrical systems Qualifications / Requirements: Journeyman Electrician, WI Licensed Knowledge of switches, gears, transformers and power distribution Knowledge of PLC repair, variable frequency drives troubleshooting and repair 1+ year of oven and induction furnace operation and repair experience Educational courses or work experience in heating, plumbing and electrical systems Experience with PLC Siemens and Schneider drives and controls Solid automation skills and experience Physical Requirements: Level of Physical Demand Occasional Frequent Consistent Physical Activity 0-33% of the time 34-66% of the time 67-100% of the time Sitting X Standing X Walking X Lifting 1-70lb Carrying 1-70lb Pushing X Twisting X Reaching X Stooping X Crouching X Manipulating (Fine Motor Skills) X Extreme Temps X Exposure to Cleaning Supplies X We are committed to a policy of equal opportunity for all employees.
