JOB REQUIREMENTS: OPERATOR HELPER Century Traffic is an industry leader in pavement marking based in Pewaukee working throughout the Midwest seeking a Pavement Marking Laborer. Century Traffic is a drug free workplace requiring pre-employment drug test and physical. All applicants are required to have a clean driving record history in order to drive and/or operate company vehicles/equipment according to Department of Transportation (DOT) Commercial Driver Licensing. In return for competitive salary and benefits Century Traffic seeks the following skill set: Class A CDL or Class B CDL with an air brake endorsement is a plus Ability to work extended hours & weekends as needed Mechanical aptitude to include servicing equipment (minor repairs and preventative maintenance) Ability to work in a crew/team environment Certification for forklift certification provided Welding and equipment operation provided Capable of lifting/manipulating objects weighing 50 pounds on a regular basis Work with pavement marking crew striping roadway & construction projects Directs traffic control operations during road maintenance operations Ability to perform while working on feet for 10+ hours per day during in-season Punctuality and dependability are essential skills All applicants will receive consideration without regard to any characteristic as protected by law or regulation as Century Traffic Company is an Affirmative Action Equal Opportunity Employer.
