ILJIN USA Corporation Accounting Assistant Manager in Phenix City, Alabama

Direct and coordinate subordinates in the preparation and recording of financial entries such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements, and reparation of the income, sales, property and payroll tax reporting; Coordinate subordinates in handling AR and Collection inquiries, special billing requirements and discrepancies, process accounts payable (AP) invoices and recurring payments; Oversees accounting for payroll, and operation accounts; Analyzes, reviews, and audits overall general ledger and payable systems; Installs, modifies, documents, and coordinates implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures; Work closely with Accounting Manager, executive officers and other managers in the development and implementation of our company's annual financial budget; Support of budget and forecast activities; Analyze and report budget variances and report these variances; Responds to inquiries from the executive, and other managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like; Assigns duties and monitors quality of work; Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities; and Coordinate and closely work with outside CPA firms in preparation of accounting documentations such as Federal Income Taxes that will be provided to regulatory agencies.
