Job Description
Evaluate internal and external training needs and resources, and coordinate effective training programs to fulfill the company's regulatory and operational requirements. This includes creating and publishing internal training schedules, managing invitations and materials, and maintaining accurate training records in accordance with FAA regulations. Additionally, the role involves providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, managing various HR functions, and assisting with special projects.
