YOUR ROLE

  • Provide sales support to the STMNT and DevaCurl brands.

  • Have a solid understanding of all four MSDS brands.

  • In conjunction with senior management develop and execute a plan for area of responsibility that aligns with overall company objectives.

  • Identify growth opportunities for brands within designated market.

  • Achieve quarterly KPI/target activities established by company to support positive sellout growth.

  • Plan and conduct regular sales and education meetings with distributor partners, sales consultants and management team.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributor partner team members.

  • Conduct field activities, education, customized promotions and events for growth support across brands.

  • Execute successful store and street education events including Interactive Demos, In-Salon Classes, and Sales Meetings.

  • Manage time, resources, travel, and expense budget for overall territory.

  • Identify and target key salons, chains and beauty supplies in geographical area and development of activities to gain business.

  • Plan, coordinate and/or conduct regular trainings (virtual and live) for key account staff members.

  • Key Account Visits within designated territory.

  • Work with Education Department in executing Regional Shows and distributor classes.

  • Work with multiple distributor customers: Store Staff including Region, District Store Managers and Store Associates, Street Teams including field sales and management teams, Co- workers to collectively grow sell out

YOUR SKILLS

  • An experienced Sales manager with 3 or more years experience.

  • A university or college degree preferred but not required when applicant has strong industry experience.

  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit while operating within corporate guidelines.

  • Solution-oriented individual to work with multiple customers: Distributor Buyers, Distributor Managers and Sales Team.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Ability to create strategic business plans.

  • Must have strong analytical skills • Must have valid driver’s license

  • Must reside in North Eastern United States.

  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and CRM.

  • Social media savvy, understanding Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.

  • Travel requirements: Up to 50% travel; subject to change based on seasonal activities such as shows and corporate events.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
