Clinical Supervisor Salary: $65,000.00

Clinical Supervisor Position Summary The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision to clinical staff and on-site support for various clinic needs at COMHAR's Latino Treatment Program. The Latino Treatment Program (LTP) is an outpatient behavioral health clinic, which provides trauma informed individual, family and group therapies, medication-assisted treatment, psychiatric evaluations and treatment, and support services.

Clinical Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities Encourages and models recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, ethical, and culturally competent service delivery. Provides and documents trauma-informed, recovery-oriented clinical supervision (individual and group) to assigned clinicians. Works in collaboration with clinical and administrative team to ensure quality services and data collection. Supervise all clinical cases assigned to supervisees; reviews and monitors complex cases. Provides administrative supervision (including timely submission of required documentation, oversight of clinician's productivity, outcome evaluation, etc.). Provides therapy to children and adults on caseload, at the discretion of Program Director Responsible for continuity of care from initial contact to completion of treatment Always maintains high ethical and professional standards. Motivates and supports clinicians to maintain high levels of performance in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and regulations. Assists with crisis management and de-escalation. Must work a flexible schedule with on-call responsibilities and some evening and weekends required. Provides and completes orientation and training needed to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (OMHSA, CBH, NIAC, etc.) and internal Compliance and Quality Management standards and procedures. Collaborates with multi-disciplinary team. Completes chart monitoring/auditing to ensure compliance and quality reviews and documents thoroughly. Assists with communication of clinical needs to prescribers. Other duties reasonable and related to this position as directed by related supervisors.

Clinical Supervisor Supervision Requirements The primary responsibility of this position is to provide daily on-site supervision to Latino Treatment team. This supervision should entail team meetings in which the proposed daily contact for each member of staff is discussed. During this discussion supervisors are expected to utilize the team members to address any problems that the team members feel they need help with.

Clinical Supervisor Skill Requirements Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees of an organization. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Understanding and respect for each individual's unique path to recovery. Able to provide trauma-informed, strength-based support. Working knowledge of the recovery/treatment system. Always demonstrate professionalism and ethical service. Able to work well independently and on teams. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Be flexible and adaptive in handling changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy is essential. Must be able to effectively use electronic health record, video conferencing, email, office products, and any other technolog needed to meet job responsibilities. Requirements

Education, Employment and Credential Requirements Master's Degree in a clinical mental health discipline; in order to count as a mental health degree, the degree must contain at least twelve (12) credit hours in core behavioral health coursework. License preferred (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) Minimum two years postmaster degree experience providing mental health treatment including psychotherapy, counseling and assessment is required. On-call responsibility & completion of BHTEN 10-week case management orientation, as well as a valid driver license is required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. Valid PA State Criminal, FBI, Child Abuse clearances. Clearances must be updated every 3 years per COMHAR policy. Must have a current ACT 31 (Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse Certificate). Licensed individuals must renew every two (2) years. Non-licensed individuals must renew every five (5) years. Adult and Child CPR w/AED & First Aid certification required.
