Description:

Our Client has a need for a Community Outreach Coordinator for one of their programs that supports small businesses. Working with one of our Clients Program leads and working closely in partnership with the manager and program to ensure end-to-end award fulfillment.

This role will:

• Serve as primary POC to winner throughout journey

• Create orders, attach copy and ensures scheduling for campaigns.

• Liaison between Program Manager, Tech Makeover Consultants, Creative production team, Copy Management teams, etc,

• Manages escalations

• Schedules check-in with recipients for status

• Manages and maintains updated recipient data within Salesforce

• Work with Tech Makeover Consultants and recipient to schedule consultation

• Ensure seamless handoff to and from all award phases

DESIRED SKILLS

The ideal candidate will have a background in program/project management and an understanding of the customer experience. This person will have a passion for wanting to be part of a team that is focused on developing process and procedures that drive award fulfillment and satisfactory program experiences. ADDITIONAL INFO

• 100% Remote

• Role is a 1 year contract position with potential to extend longer

• 8 hour work days, M-F (ideally between the hours of 8a-6p)

• Interview process consists of 2 rounds; 1st with Program Manager and 2nd with Program Director

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• They will do customer service work and provide a white glove service to the business selected into the program

• In the past they have hired people with a couple of years of experience, customer service experience, and people involved in DEI or community outreach
