Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do Manage information technology projects for Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Oversee the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Coordinate day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Oversee the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.      • 50% Travel required nationally.      • Telecommuting permitted.      • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:      • Utilizing Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM), Oracle Unified Method (OUM), Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Financial Services industries;      • Working on all phases of the Oracle AIM, OUM, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;      • Conducting Financial Services business process workshops, utilizing Oracle AIM, OUM, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle Payables, Oracle Receivables, Oracle Lease Management, and Oracle Service Contracts;      • Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis templates to design Oracle Payables, Oracle Receivables, Oracle Lease Management, and Oracle Service Contracts system landscapes;      • Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems via Oracle Payables, Oracle Receivables, Oracle Lease Management, and Oracle Service Contracts;      • Performing Oracle Payables, Oracle Receivables, Oracle Lease Management, and Oracle Service Contracts production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing Oracle AIM, OUM, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies;      • Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams, and finalizing system requirements, utilizing Oracle AIM, OUM, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies;      • Overseeing the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing OUM, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Other Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
