Reference #: 9307249 PRIMARY FUNCTION: A registered nurse, who organizes, manages and provides oversight for the financial, human and other resources for all nursing operations. Creates a collaborative and efficient work environment with a focus on quality standards and the provision of quality patient care. Possesses excellent communication skills, demonstrates strong ability to work with a team, has an in-depth knowledge of the health care industry, and has excellent ability to lead and develop personnel. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the staffing and administration of patient care services throughout the organization. Supervises the caliber of treatment and quality of patient care Committed to the development and implementation of innovative strategies to recruit and retain quality nursing and patient care personnel influenced by current market trends and environmental factors. Maintains and promotes effective communication within the department and other departments to meet organizational goals. Interacts with coworkers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the organization Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.


Experience:

4-5 years healthcare leadership experience (required)

MSN in Nursing Required

DNP Preferred

BLS + ACLS Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jeffersonrsquo;s clinical entities or at the University.
