DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: E-Commerce Commercial Analytics (& Support) Manager

About the Role The Essity Professional Hygiene Commercial Analytics team is currently searching for an E-Commerce Commercial Analytics (& Support) Manager. This role will require technical skills, experience in problem solving, critical thinking, and analytics to deliver on business objectives. The Commercial Analytics Manager will take the lead in developing E-Commerce analytics and driving improvements in tools and processes.

The ideal candidate should live in Philadelphia, PA; Appleton, WI; Munich, Germany; or Warsaw, Poland.

What You Will Do * Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with E-Commerce and Pure Play sales teams, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert. * E-Commerce Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of E-Commerce Go-to-Market strategies, including channel and segment approaches. * Revenue Management: Support and enhance Revenue Management strategies, with a focus on MSRP and the related Gross-to-Net journey. * Data Analysis: Clean, transform, and analyze internal and external datasets to generate insights about market trends and performance. * Impact Analysis: Conduct impact analyses to evaluate the pros and cons of various business strategies, changes, or disruptions. * Market Research: Perform background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry pricing trends. * KPI Monitoring: Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales, pricing, and profitability. * Reporting: Lead the development of dashboards, scorecards, and management/sales reports. * Insights and Recommendations: Present analysis results logically, driving actionable implications and recommendations.

Who You Are * Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. * Minimum two plus (2+) years of analytical experience required. * Minimum two plus (2+) years of E-Commerce experience required. * Familiar with database management & SQL, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office. * Basic understanding of Descriptive, Predictive, and Prescriptive Analytics. * Must be an Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities * Attention to detail, with good time management skills * Customer-centric approach * Data driven mindset * Eager to learn, Goal oriented & self-motivated * Comfortable with uncertainty * Effective communicator and team player * Knowledge of Away from Home, health and hygiene industry a plus

Compensation and Benefits: Expected Compensation

Competitive annual salary + annual incentive bonus + benefits
