We are seeking a dynamic Global Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team and work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer, this pivotal role offers the opportunity to influence key financial decisions and drive strategic initiatives within a global organization.

The Executive Director - Global Commercial Finance Business Partner reports to the Head of Global Finance within the CFO organization. They will be a key leader in the Global Finance organization and play a critical role in driving its ongoing transformation. This will be a US based role in line with the Chief Commercial Officer role location. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, providing critical financial insights and decision support on strategic topics.

Leadership Team Member: Actively participate in the Chief Commercial Officer's leadership team, offering expert financial advisory to shape the future of our commercial operations.

Collaborative Engagement: Partner closely with the commercial organization, business unit heads and the Forecasting Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure robust global revenue forecasting and financial planning.

Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of global commercial operations, including pricing and reimbursement, and individual market dynamics, to track, analyse and drive performance.

Global Finance Transformation: Play a key role in the ongoing transformation of our Global Finance organization including championing Oracle EPM roll-out and driving improvements in practices and processes.

Executive Interaction: Engage with the Executive Committee, supporting both the Chief Commercial Officer and the Head of Global Finance, in high-level financial discussions.

Capital Allocation: Constructively challenge and support capital allocation decisions within the global commercial organization, including target setting and enterprise-wide capital allocation discussions.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire an international team of finance business partners with members based in the US, Ireland, and the UK. Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Pharmaceutical global commercial finance leadership role, with a strong understanding of commercial operations and strategic financial planning and analysis.

Relevant financial or management qualification (MBA, qualified accountant or equivalent), with a minimum of 10 years' operational experience required.

In-depth industry knowledge of commercial business operations including pricing and reimbursement, US gross-to-net dynamics, channel operations, brand strategy, sales, marketing etc.

Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive strategic initiatives.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.

Driven team player with a passion to coach, develop and mentor colleagues.

Demonstrated knowledge of financial systems including Oracle and SAP.

Willingness o travel, on a planned basis, internationally, including to our headquarters in Dublin. Why Join Us?

FOR US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $228,000.00 - $342,000.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
