The work we do here matters.Department OverviewThe North America Channel and Field Marketing team consists of high-performing marketers responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and programs across our U.S. and Canadian indirect channel partner communities. The team works closely with our sales, product, go-to-market, marketing, and operations teams to help drive revenue growth, generate demand, accelerate sales opportunities, increase partner loyalty, and amplify key channel initiatives and tools. We oversee, implement and/or leverage digital and non-digital campaigns and tactics to achieve our goals, including emails, social media, events, Co-op/MDF, promotions and more.Job Description The Field Marketing Manager is a high-energy, data-driven, experiential marketer with a passion for driving revenue growth and building sales pipeline for their aligned territories, partners and accounts. You will be responsible for developing revenue-generating marketing strategies and implementing tactical marketing plans for the Northeast and Southeast regions of the US.

Strategic Planning:

Understand legal/regulatory, economic, and other environmental factors affecting customers in the territory and influencing their purchasing decisions

Monitor the competitive landscape within the territory and create tactical marketing plans and programs to counteract and respond

Leverage third party data such as Zoom Info, Dun & Bradstreet, 6Sense, and other sources to identify targeted prospecting lists and sales leads

Identify and build strategic marketing plans with key channel partners within the territory

Develop and manage annual integrated marketing plans and calendars for the territory, with a focus on events and demand/lead generation tactics; align tactics with channel initiatives, new products, and business development plans

Manage the territory marketing budget to the marketing plan; work closely with sales and channel partners to leverage and recommend funding allocations from MDF/Co-op to help fund plans

Marketing Execution & Support:

Work closely with the territory channel sales team to generate incremental sales pipeline for existing and new products and services

Deploy territory marketing tactics, programs and campaigns such as rewards programs, promotions, MDF, webinars, trade shows, open houses, and newsletters, in partnership with channel marketing, sales, partners and marketing agencies

Support key channel partners with executing their marketing programs and campaigns to grow sales and provide positive ROI

Serve as the marketing liaison and lead to channel partners and sales to amplify corporate initiatives, partner tools, and resources

Advise Motorola Solutions on territory trends, partner engagement, and utilization of programs, tools and resources such as Co-op/MDF, and our co-branding marketing tool

Train partners on Motorola's co-branding marketing tool and channel partner portal as needed

Adapt available marketing content to the local territory and create new marketing assets (as needed)

Leverage, implement, and share best practices across territories and other field marketers

Manage and accelerate leads through the marketing pipeline

Metrics & Measurement:

Define and track ROI for marketing activities, including lead pipeline performance

Participate in and serve as marketing lead in territory business reviews

Champion successes with key business partners

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Marketing, Business, or similar field preferred

2+ years of marketing, sales, go-to-market, customer-facing, sales enablement, and/or training experience

Experience developing, executing, and managing digital and non-digital demand generation marketing activities

Ability to foster relationships, influence and drive results with key Motorola leaders, channel partners, end-customers, and marketing agencies

Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time and defining and managing goals and objectives, responsibilities, tactics, key milestones and timelines, budgets, and metrics

Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills (written and oral), including copywriting, copy editing, slide creation, and delivery to large groups as well as executive audiences

Self-starting, self-driven, and resourceful with demonstrated problem-solving skills

Data-driven with the ability to define and measure ROI and draw actionable insights from complex marketing data

Knowledgeable of channel structures, channel marketing processes, and channel incentives, programs, and tools

Tech savvy
