We are seeking a new team member who is passionate about cleanliness and the customer service experience. Join our Housekeeping Team as a Public Area Attendant and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, appearance and vibe in our lifestyle hotel. As a Public Area Attendant, your responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness of all public areas, keeping all public spaces tidy, vacuumed, and dusted. You will also ensure that mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators, and doors are clean and mark-free, remove trash, restock supplies, and attend to guest requests and inquiries.

Responsibilities

-Greet guests with a smile: Be the sunshine that brightens our lobby, radiating warmth and hospitality as guests step into our world of wonders.

-Maintain Pristine Spaces: Keep the lobby, public restrooms, and other public areas sparkling clean and beautifully arranged.

-Attention to Detail: Be the Sherlock Holmes of cleanliness, sleuthing through every nook and cranny to ensure our spaces are stocked, spotless, and ready to wow our guests.

-Guest Assistance: Be ready to assist guests with directions, information, or any special requests, adding a personal touch to their stay.

-Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure seamless service and a flawless guest experience.

Qualifications

-Positive Attitude: Bring the party vibes and a sprinkle of magic to every task, turning work into a fun adventure!

-Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other hotel Team Members.

-Detail-Oriented: Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work.

-Team Player: Work well with others and contribute to a supportive team environment.

-Flexible Schedule: Be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

-Experience: Previous housekeeping, ideally in a hotel, is a plus, but not required - we provide training!

-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
