Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP Innovation Studio Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: R3146 Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms, with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking an Innovation Studio Manager. Reporting to the Director of the Digital Studio, this role will supervise the firm's innovation initiatives, including managing, and collaborating with practice groups to assess and integrate new LegalTech and emerging technologies to enhance workflows and client services.

This position will reside in either our Philadelphia, New York or Washington, D.C. office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.

Instructional/Support Activities Include

Manage the intake process for new technology requests from the practice groups.

Work with the practice groups to evaluate and integrate new LegalTech and emerging technologies into their workflows.

Develop innovative solutions to improve workflows and ensure clients receive personalized, efficient, and forward-thinking legal services.

Collaborate with the Digital Studio and AI teams when scoping new LegalTech project requests.

Lead the firm approval process for adopting new LegalTech, including creating a business case for the project and presenting the project to firm leadership for approval.

Assist in onboarding new legal technology tools and implementing solutions developed by the Innovation team, coordinating with IT, Procurement, practice groups, and other business services teams.

Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions, gather feedback, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Maintain a comprehensive record of legal tech vendors evaluated, piloted, and implemented by the firm.

Keep an up-to-date inventory of practice innovation tools and services, ensuring accessibility for lawyers and clients across all offices.

Experience/Qualifications

Strong understanding of LegalTech and emerging technologies in the legal field.

Experience managing innovation projects and legal technology implementations within a large organization, preferably in the legal sector.

Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.

Ability to manage and support projects cross-functionally in an iterative, fast-paced environment.

Ability to assess and integrate new technologies into existing workflows and processes.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on achieving practical business outcomes.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. #LI-Hybrid #LI-TS1

For job postings in New York, the salary range for this position is: $113,580.00 - $181,728.00. For job postings in Washington, D.C., the salary range for this job posting is: $104,494.00 - $167,190.00.
