Clarivate Analytics (US) LLC Lead Business Analyst (Sales Systems) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Reference #: JREQ128898 We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst (Sales Systems) to support the end-to-end planning and execution of high complexity system integration programs. This role requires collaboration with matrixed teams across Clarivate and the acquired entities. The Lead Solution Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic analysis to business and delivery partners while translating business needs to technical requirements.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience 7+ years of relevant work experience

A strong understanding of the end-to-end Lead to Cash sales process Strong technical, analytical, and systems skills Experience with Agile software development methodology Experience with requirements management tools, including JIRA Strong accounting, financial and business acumen Project Management experience
What will you be doing in this role? Collaborate with the users to understand the current and future business environment to effectively anticipate, identify, and fully meet all business needs to ensure positive project outcomes. Work with IT and mission stakeholders to review, update, and maintain a business process roadmap of the to-be system and evaluate areas of reengineering by outlining potential to-be processes. Be the functional subject matter expert and provide necessary functional knowledge to development teams. Identifying and strategically prioritizing technical and functional requirements Condense complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria Lead and participate in cross-functional attribute definition and mapping of data across all data domains.Assist in defining and resolving gaps in data processes, governance, and quality
