Macquarie Lead Software Engineer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 11458 As a Lead Engineer on the Equities and Multi-Asset team, you will partner with the Macquarie Asset Management business and take part in end-to-end solution delivery.

You will design and build clean, efficient, robust and reliable solutions that deliver to our business and our future state architecture, as a team owning the solution end to end. You will also share responsibility towards improving quality, modernising our stack, continuous delivery, production support and are passionate about growing upon our DevOps principles.

Have significantly demonstrated hands-on experience of managing and developing technology solutions to multiple internal clients Be able to articulate complex technical problems and their solutions simply Be passionate about building and leading, high-performing delivery teams and proposing and achieving successful outcomes for a significant asset management business Be adept at engaging, collaborating and influencing people at all levels and areas of financial services organizations Excellent Technical Architecture experiences and prior Aladdin experiences desirable.
