Job Description

As a Learning Design Specialist, you will play a key role in developing high-quality training materials to support learning initiatives tied to marketing transformation. Working with cross-functional subject matter experts, you will design engaging content, including presentations, written materials, and interactive modules, that communicates key messages and drive adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a variety of training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, written guides, and interactive modules

  • Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to gather input and align content with specific learning goals

  • Write clear, engaging, and well-structured content that supports marketing transformation initiatives

  • You will help develop playbooks and other supporting documentation

  • Ensure consistency in design and format across all training materials

  • Adapt materials to reflect evolving business needs and feedback from stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in fields such as account management, change management, adult learning/instruction, and creative design

  • Strong design skills in PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging presentations

  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content

  • Experience in marketing, with a preferred focus on content creation & technology

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage content development in a dynamic environment

  • Familiarity with interactive training tools and e-learning platforms
