Job Summary

The Marketing Manager, Indirect Retail will be part of the Xfinity Retail Marketing & Merchandising team and will be responsible for managing the development and execution of marketing, merchandising, drive to retail, and related field marketing tactics in Boost Mobile retail and Xfinity Prepaid authorized retailers –primarily targeted to the income constraint audience. This person will also support the launch of NOW across current prepaid internet channels. Reporting to the Senior Director, Alternative Sales Channel Marketing, this position will execute marketing communications strategies, campaigns, and programs in addition to managing the merchandising relationship with Boost Mobile and Xfinity Prepaid Master Dealers. Candidate must possess strong accountability, communication, and organizational skills, flexibility to react to market changes, ability to problem solve and collaborate across a wide variety of stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidate should demonstrate an understanding of strategic marketing communications and brand-centric creative requirements to ensure high performing and on-brand creative output and consistent integration across all tactics. Key skills needed include the ability to keep simultaneous projects moving, collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors, creative agency/vendor management, strong interpersonal/relationship building, influencing, excellent written/verbal communications, field leadership and creative acumen.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and execution of marketing, merchandising, drive to retail and related field marketing materials in Boost Mobile retail and Xfinity Prepaid Authorized Retailers.

  • Support the launch of NOW across prepaid retail channels

  • Execute quarterly campaigns in-store with creative including but not limited to freestanding display, brochures, window clings, posters, flyers and digital assets

  • Support field marketing team requests including but not limited to banners, flags, tablecloths, tents, A-frames

  • Own vendor production, execution, go-to-market communication with field partners

  • Manage end-to-end creative process, budget, and timeline with creative partners and print vendor to ensure timely delivery and best-in-class execution

  • Own day to day relationship with Boost Mobile Merchandising team

  • Serve as liaison between Region field team and HQ Prepaid marketing

  • Partner with Prepaid/NOW Product team, Indirect Retail Sales team, and Income Constrained Marketing Communications team on the development of new merchandising

  • Maintain Xfinity Prepaid Indirect Retail creative and field marketing assets on Digital Assets Management system, conducting creative audits as needed

  • Consult with Senior Director regarding strategy, content, design and production of all marketing materials. Responsible for ensuring accuracy of content before being communicated to field

  • Coordinate brand and legal reviews and content submissions for all creative initiatives

  • Ensure key Prepaid Indirect Retail marketing programs are communicated internally

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
