Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Analyst II (Contractor) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Operating in the Internet Service Provider industry, this role is integral to our team, focusing on operational planning coordination and development. The successful candidate will regularly liaise with Deployment Operations, Business Operations, and Product Leads.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and assist in the development of operational plans.
• Establish and uphold organization standards to maintain quality service.
• Collaborate with various business units to identify, develop and manage business relationships.
• Determine project scope, analyze operations, and document results to identify project requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information to prepare comprehensive reports.
• Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results as needed.
• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel, Data Entry, Coordination, and Operations to effectively execute tasks.
• Ensure effective deployment strategies are in place and followed.
• Prepare summary reports for higher management.
• Uphold quality service by adhering to organization standards. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong experience in documentation, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and accessible
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables and complex formulas
• Solid understanding of operations within an Internet Service Provider industry
• Experience in coordinating and managing deployments in an operational setting
• Ability to prepare comprehensive and concise reports summarizing data and business operations
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks, resources, and people effectively
• Committed to delivering quality service to customers and stakeholders
• Experience in developing and implementing operational plans
• Knowledge of business operations and the ability to implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
