Operations Manager Opportunity:
Are you a recent college graduate with a passion for Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field? Or perhaps you have experience in Operations or Hospitality and are seeking a new challenge. Look no further! We are seeking a talented individual to join our Philadelphia team as an Operations Manager, focusing on the Housekeeping department. In this role, you will gain exposure to all aspects of hotel, short-term rental, and apartment management operations with a focus on housekeeping, and with ample room for growth within our organization. Preferred: A 2- or 4-year degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 year's experience in an entry-level Operations, Hospitality, Property Management, or Hotel Management role.
Availability to work weekends.
Willingness and ability to work both in the field and in the office.
Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Based in Philadelphia and excited about joining a small, collaborative team.

What you'll be doing at Sosuite:
Work 5 days per week in Philadelphia, including weekends.
Manage or assist with a wide variety of operational tasks across Sosuite's properties in Philadelphia.
Collaborate closely with senior management to solve problems and execute meticulous operations.
Lead a small team of 1-3 Hospitality Agents.
Generate weekly and monthly reports using spreadsheets and other tools.
Assist with onboarding new apartments in Philadelphia.
Cultivate relationships with vendors and operating contractors.
Review invoices and submit budget requests.
Work closely with Central Operations to maintain well-stocked Philadelphia inventory locations and minimize inventory loss.
Collaborate with the Philadelphia Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to achieve or exceed Objectives and Key Results.
Communicate with guests and residents both virtually and in person, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Occasionally fill in for the Housekeeping team and manage Housekeeping shifts.
Implement Suiteop, Sosuite's proprietary operations management software, and provide valuable feedback for software improvements
What You Need to Be Successful:
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Exceptional technological proficiency.
Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
Capability to lift, push, and pull required loads, including navigating several flights of stairs (usually weighing around 50 lbs).
