We are seeking a Philadelphia Assisted Diversion (PAD) Case Manager to join our team at our program in Philadelphia, PA 19122. Earn $22.25/hr Position Details This role is responsible for providing resource connection case management services as well as real time connect to SUD services. Work location very which may include but are not limited to Police districts and other PAD locations throughout the city. Case Manager will focus efforts on connecting individuals to services in real time, coordinating care with outside providers, and providing real time resources such as transportation when appropriate. Will also serve as point of contact for law enforcement partners. Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's level Degree or higher in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychology, addictions studies, social work or related field with specialty or concentration in counseling. OR 2 years of experience as a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS). OR 5 years' work history in a drug and alcohol setting. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a health care or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting. Lived experience preferred.
