We are currently seeking an Project Coordinatorto join our Facilities & Infrastructureteam inPhiladelphia, Pa.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities Assists in the execution of multiple projects for multiple project managers. Assists in organizing meetings. Takes meeting minutes. Coordinates with technical staff members to ensure timely deliverables. Enforces document control procedures across a variety of project documents. Enforces quality control procedures across a variety of projects. Supports project reporting processes as required. Supports development of baseline schedules for new projects/programs. Develops permitting documentation. Assists in tracking subcontract commitments.

Key Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of related experience Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Procore Strong analytical skills Education & Certifications: Associate's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or similar field required. Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) preferred.
