Actalent QA Manufacturing Technician in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Job Title: QAOTF Form/FillJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated QAOTF Form/Fill professional to provide quality assurance oversight of aseptic processing. This role involves conducting various quality assurance functions to ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintaining high-quality processes within our pharmaceutical operations.
Responsibilities
Provide QA oversight of aseptic processing, including managing the QA audit program.
Execute personnel monitoring within the aseptic processing area using the MODA system.
Perform AQL sampling and inspection of finished drug products.
Conduct real-time review of batch records, logbooks, and other associated GMP documents.
Assist in quality investigations related to deviations and environmental monitoring excursions.
Maintain training compliance, including training seasonal staff.
Support additional site and quality functions, including change control, SOP creation and revision, validation documentation review, site-wide projects, and trend reporting.
Essential Skills
Experience in inspection, GMP, QA, biology, and manufacturing.
Proficiency in batch record review and investigations.
Knowledge of environmental monitoring and sample handling.
Experience with aseptic techniques.
At least one to two years of GMP experience in a QA role.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- BS degree in biology or microbiology preferred.
Work Environment
This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable GMP experience within a large international pharmaceutical company. Employees receive a two-week notice before the end of the season to assist in finding the next opportunity. Many seasonal workers return annually, with several eventually securing full-time positions. PPE, including lab glasses and boots, will be provided. The work environment is fun and welcoming, with many hiring managers having started as seasonal workers.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.38 - $45.78
