Insight Global Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description

A health insurance company is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to oversee all

problem management in the Service Operations and Optimization divisions

, from issue to incident resolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating contact points for issue resolution and identifying the root causes of defects. This role involves managing and adapting to changes in project scope and working within the realms of problem management. The ideal candidate will come from a health insurance background. Responsibilities include, Oversee the ticket management process, coordinating problem resolutions and managing the inventory of issues through ServiceNow; Engage in regular communication with business owners, conducting pop-up calls and bi-weekly meetings to discuss root causes and document findings; Participate in the rollout of new enrollment systems and the distribution of new ID cards, ensuring quality standards are met. This position is a hybrid role and requires 3 days on site. Must be local to PA, NJ or DE.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3-5 yrs experience managing inventory

-Bachelors Degree

  • Strong using a ticketing system specifically ServiceNow

-Technical Tools: Edge, Oracle, UST Health proof, operations applications, Tableau -Background in Health Insurance null
