Corcentric Sales Executive - Fleet Procurement in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

As a Sales Executive at Corcentric, you will join a collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of all Fleet Procurement Services sales activities for your business territory.

We are currently hiring for the Delaware Valley territory to include: Greater Philadelphia/Delaware/Maryland/New Jersey. We are headquartered in Cherry Hill, NJ, but are considering remote candidates throughout the territory.

This key position reports to the Regional Vice President (RVP), Sales within our Fleet Procurement Services team. We’re a dedicated, down-to-earth group in a growing organization offering plenty of opportunity. We look forward to adding you into the mix!

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing an annual Sales Plan along with quarterly updates and bi-weekly reports.

  • In coordination with the RVP, establishing target customer sales strategies including A-B-C customer prioritization and outreach

  • Achieving annual new business sales objectives by successfully leveraging existing relationships and developing new relationships in the assigned region which positively impact profitability.

  • Providing quality consultative services to clients to thoroughly understand their needs and ensure Corcentric services provide maximum value.

  • Maintaining assigned territory baseline sales and achieving sales quotas and objectives

  • Developing market strategies including customer and prospect awareness initiatives, town hall meetings, maintenance associations etc.

  • Identifying new service offerings and work closely with colleagues to expand services and profitability.

  • Developing and fostering good supplier relationships across all levels but primarily in the field.

  • Developing new customer engagement strategies as well as enhancing existing customers' spend within our programs

  • Managing the needs of assigned customers and prospects in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies.

  • Executing a territory plan designed to generate new business and to retain and grow existing business

  • Conducting field sales calls and scheduling functions

  • Collaborating with telemarketing efforts, and all customer support functions of the business.

  • Championing the Corcentric value proposition

In addition to the above, all positions with the company share the following expectations:

  • Perform quality work independently and within deadlines

  • Raise issues, suggestions, and ideas in a timely and professional fashion

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Relevant sales experience in trucking/fleet industry, preferably in the fleet operations space

  • Experience executing tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives

  • Experience working with in the OEM space

  • Effective organization and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce, market and industry trends, competitors, and customer purchasing trends

  • Strong reporting and data rationalization abilities

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence

  • The ability work independently from a home office and to travel up to 40% frequently within your territory
