The Senior Manager, Global HCP Engagement Operations - Strategic Initiatives will become a member of a high-performance team supporting all functions and regions where HCP Engagements take place at Jazz. This individual should possess strong enterprise-wide thinking and execution mindset to simplify and enable processes for Jazz. The individual is responsible for leading and implementing Strategic Initiatives that have a direct impact to the Jazz Global HCP engagement process. Working together with the Global HCP engagementNOW team and Baker Tilly, our outsourced vendor, they are accountable for the effective implementation of these Strategic Initiatives that will create a seamless look and feel across the Jazz and vendor operational teams. The individual in this role will report to the Director - Global HCP Engagement Operations and work hand in hand across different teams within the organization. This individual will own and produce an HCP engagementNOW dashboard as well as the effective transition of the training program to Jazz Learn with the appropriate on-going support, communication and technology improvements. This role will be responsible for advising the business on changes and managing the change management process with internal Jazzicians and the HCPs with whom we engage, ensuring a streamlined, compliant, and transparent process for Jazz throughout the entire engagement lifecycle. The individual in this role will also partner with the Global Medical Operations and Effectiveness (MOE) team. This position requires a qualified professional with experience working in a corporate and/or consulting setting. The candidate should have a track record of supporting business decision support, establishing processes & collaborations, being efficient and effective, and supporting organizational change. The candidate should have experience working in the biopharma industry with a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape. Essential Functions

Lead Strategic Initiatives:Own Strategic Initiatives' and plan for successful implementation with positive impacts for Jazzicians and improving HCP experience. Manage the budget process, approvals and project timelines.

Drive the Creation of an HCP engagamentNOW dashboard: drive alignment on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with key stakeholders. Lead the creation of the HCP engagementNOW dashboard with capabilities to drill-down to appropriate levels (slice and dice). Work together with IS leaders and other functions and the effective use of technology for the best data visualization.

Develop the training program and Transition to Jazz Learn:Lead the team through a successful transition to Jazz Learn, on-going support and technology improvements. Plan for a yearly recertification process focusing on the changes and improvements.

Establish functional Partnership with Global Medical Ope ations and Effectiveness (MOE) team:Develop a true partnership with the MOE team to ensure continued global alignment with respect to HCP Engagements. This includes working with the Global Medical Affairs (GMA) team.

Continued Evolution of the function:drive opportunities for continued improvement to operating model by soliciting and managing feedback from internal and external stakeholders, including HCPs.

Work with External Vendor:Manage relationships with Jazz's HCP engagement outsourced partner, who provides end-to-end process support, digital tool, and select services

Own Daily Operating Model: When needed, run day to day operating model with vendor who provides end-to-end process support, digital tool, and select services including creating a seamless look and feel across the vendor and internal Jazz team.

Oversee Enhancements and Technology Improvements: Oversee process operating enhancements by measuring performance, identifying improvements, automation, and streamlining opportunities. Partner with Information Services and cross-functional stakeholders on system enhancements. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum 8+ years ofrelevant experience with extensive operational experience with focus on biopharma.

Partnering & Collaboration:History of cross-functional partnering in solving business questions and ensuring input & alignment from key functions.

Quantitative and Systems Acumen: ability to lead analysis of key metrics and project manage technical systems enhancements.

Comfort with Ambiguity:Ability to work in a fluid environment and adapt project approaches as internal or external conditions change.

Project Management: Ability to plan and tightly manage multiple work-streams while balancing multiple stakeholders. Be efficient and effective operationally.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication / presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, and garner credibility.

Influence without Authority: Being efficient and effective in influencing peers and others in a positive manner to achieve business goals without negative impact

Strong active listening and time management skills: Able to coordinate with and support both medical and other cross-functional leaders -Required/Preferred Education and Licenses Required/Preferred Education and License
