This position will assist in the maintenance of the Accounts Receivable process for the market.

The schedule for this Summer Temporary position is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
Contacting customers and sales regarding outstanding account balances
Manage online portals and answer A/R questions
Review and reconcile customer short pays
Process credits on invoices
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
As400 experience a plus
Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel (including formulas and vlookup),
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task projects, establish priorities, work independently and organize effectively
Must be detail orientated and be able to work under pressure
