Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic
Job Description
Join our team as an Aircraft Mechanic and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and performance of diverse aircraft models. This position involves researching technical data and performing various mechanical tasks including disassembly, repair, cleaning, adjustment, assembly, testing, and calibration of aircraft components using specialized tools and equipment. You will adhere strictly to maintenance manuals, FAA regulations, and company policies. Responsibilities also include repairing or replacing aircraft structures and components, managing electrical systems and accessories, and conducting general aircraft servicing and maintenance tasks.
Hard Skills
Disassembly and assembly of aircraft components
Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and service bulletins
Experience with electrical wiring systems and aircraft accessories
Proficient in using ground servicing equipment including tugs, tractors, and test equipment

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Marana, Arizona.
Work Environment
This role requires working in an aircraft maintenance hangar with exposure to high noise levels, extreme temperatures, and materials outlined in Safety Data Sheets. Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking for extended periods, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Protective equipment such as goggles, safety glasses, and ear protection are mandatory.
