THE POSITION:
Canyon State Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bid Coordinator to support our estimating team. This role is crucial in ensuring the coordination and management of our bidding efforts by reviewing and tracking financial data, compliance documentation, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, be tech savvy, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain Bidding software including Building connect
Distribution of amendments and associated documents
Maintaining a professional relationship and communicating with our trade partners
Assisting the processing of pre-qualified applications of new trade partners
Maintaining the tracking of logs for preconstruction
Set-up of estimating and project folders
Date entry of vendors in Viewpoint
Coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events
Maintain procedures for preconstruction
Complete other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree or above preferred.
Highly- motivated person that is constantly looking to exceed.
Detail-oriented individual.
Ability to anticipate scheduling and needs.
Strong writing and verbal skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay for this position depends on experience.
