Robert Half Biltmore - Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Phoenix, Arizona
Description
We are looking for a 2+ year Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to be a part of our law firm client's team. This role is based in Phoenix, Arizona and will mostly be conducted in-office, with one to two days per week of remote work. This position is mainly focused on transactional duties, title, zoning and survey review, and other paralegal tasks in the commercial real estate industry (lending, development, acquisitions, etc.).
Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed review and analysis of real estate titles and surveys
• Manage and process real estate transactional cases
• Utilize software such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for various tasks
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide timely responses to inquiries
• Administer case management and calendar management tasks
• Perform briefing and claim administration duties
• Use CompuLaw for legal calendar and docket management
• Carry out billing functions as necessary
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in using Case Management Software
• Ensure adherence to all legal and organizational standards.
Requirements
• Possession of minimum 2 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, preferably with law firm experience.
• Proficiency in using Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), Case Management Software, and CompuLaw.
• Demonstrable experience in billing functions, briefing, and calendar management.
• Experience in claim administration and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field is preferred.
• Paralegal certification is highly desirable.
