Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment\ - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC\ - Handle landscaping duties including mowing, pruning, and maintaining outdoor areas\ -Programming for andmaintainingdrip irrigation. Repairany irrigation that is not working properly- A MUST\ - Maintain and improve outdoor spaces by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, trimming trees and hedges\ - Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers\ - Design and implement landscaping plans according to employers\' needs and preferences\ - Monitor and maintain plant health, including watering, fertilizing, and pest control\ - Communicate effectively withemployerto ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly\ - Other light maintenance as required\ - Safety Sensitive Position\ - Other duties as needed or required\ \
Work Environment:
-Primarywork environment is the production floor.
- Secondarywork environment is the office.
- Able to liftand/ormove up to 50 pounds.
- Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)throughthe entireshift.
- Ability to be aware of surroundings for safety concerns.
- While performingduties of thisjobthe employee will be requiredto frequently stand on their feet for extendedperiods of time.Occasion stooping and walking will be required.
