Job Description
Part of the Central Purchasing and Signing team you will work within the Office to deliver on the objectives and outcomes aligned with the Approval and Signing strategy.
These objectives include ensuring long term sustainability of STS pipeline and purchasing model via a centralized STS purchasing and signing body with clearly defined OKRs, enabling alignment of CPSP governance processes with top down pipeline guiding principles, ensure flexibility with leveraging 3rd party vendors while safeguarding STS and enterprise from undue risk, defining governance processes and identify supporting tools to effectively support distributed Agile teams and Optimize cross enterprise stakeholder engagement to reduce overall firm risk
What you’ll do:
• Coordinate with CPSP group on directions for their Pipeline and Purchase priorities
• Partner with Technology, CVM, Legal, and Finance to fulfill Pipeline objectives
• Partner with Technology, CVM, and Finance to take finalized contracts to signature and purchase Buyer Organization
