Description:

PNC is looking to add a BSA to help drive projects and initiatives within their Site Reliability Center (SRC). The SRC currently has multiple work sets in Incident Management, problem, etc. We also have additional work focused on prevention, proactive work sets to stabilize the environment. There are 3 specific groups they will be supporting - SRE Site Reliability Engineering, Observability, project problem management aka Data and Statistical Analysis team.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

a. Work with all of the leads in the managers organization to create an understanding of where each project is in the process

i. Ensure project goals are understood and met, ensuring targets and milestones are met

b. Occasionally complete the tactical things needed to assist the team as a whole

c. Work with the manager on setting strategic direction and assist with setting priorities

d. Each day will be different, some days will be full of meetings while other days may be more about team planning and strategy such as

i. Building out directions and action plans

ii. Assist manager with delivering on deadlines
