ManpowerGroup CNC Master Machinist in Phoenix, Arizona
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate multiple CNC machines with minimal supervision.
Conduct thorough inspections of first piece articles and ongoing production to maintain quality standards.
Train and assist team members in machine operations and processes as needed.
Perform regular manual tasks to support production needs.
Ensure production output meets or exceeds expected levels with minimal discrepancies.
Maintain quality standards with attention to detail.
Work overtime and travel as required to meet business needs.
Skills and Requirements:
Must be ITAR compliant.
Proven experience with Mill Turn and Swiss machines.
Strong knowledge of CNC lathe and mill setups and programming fundamentals.
Adequate manual dexterity to safely perform machine setups and operations.
Must have or be willing to obtain a first piece inspection stamp.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Understanding of machining process automation and material planning.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Capable of performing repetitive motions involving arms, wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
Experience:
- For external candidates, a minimum of 12 months experience as a Level 5 Operator is required.
