Position: Customer Service Representative
Please note: This position is hiring for day, swing shift, and weekends.
The Customer Service Representative is often the first connect point of our 5 Star Experience for our customers. The attention to detail and active listening is crucial to dispatching the right technician whether it be for an emergent or maintenance event in the home.
Responsibilities:
Respond to all inquiries
Provide Exceptional first impression
Identify lead opportunities and overcome objections
Follow sales scripting
Requirements:
Passion for being part of a winning team and contributing to a positive call center environment
Timeliness and punctuality
Being open minded and wanting to learn more about the different kinds of home services available
