Responsibilities
START DATE: October 15th, 2024
AVAILABLE SCHEDULES: Every schedule includes working 1 day during the weekend (Sat OR Sun)
4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
4:30 AM - 1:00 PM
5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Inbound Call Center: 75-100 calls per day (higher volume calls in the earlier shifts)
You will work as a Customer Support Rep with Consumer Lending and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.
Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances
Will transfer more escalated calls to another department
