  • Executing end to end payroll implementations in a functional lead role;

  • Understanding and communicating a broad range of Firm services;

  • Managing engagements, preparing concise, accurateand high quality deliverables;

  • Designing, implementing, improving, and supporting Payroll business processes in a Dayforce environment;

  • Designing, building, testing, and deploying various Dayforce solutions;

  • Leading client workshops, status meetings and other project team meetings;

  • Providing consistent and accurate communication of status to clients and leadership;

  • Building client relationships and managing expectations with scope, service, and delivery;

  • Participating in and balancing multiple client engagements while supporting team leaders in managing day-to-day activities;

  • Maintaining engagement economics and flexibility for unanticipated issues;

  • Supervising and actively participating in project teams to create an atmosphere of trust; and,

  • Seeking diverse views to foster inclusion, improvement, and innovation.

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, including:

  • Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with,mentoring, and supporting team members in their career development;

  • Seeking guidance, clarification and proactive feedback from peers and superiors; and,

  • Providing guidance to junior staff, while developing/refining leadership skills within the team.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
