Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager, where you\'ll be guiding the coordination, direction, and implementation of SaaS customer-facing and internal projects across our organization. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our team\'s efficiency, effectiveness, and resource optimization.

Objective

The Project Management Office is looking for a SaaS software client facing implementation project manager who can take leadership of a major 16 month+ technical project, communicating effectively with government clients and internal executive leadership. This position will bridge SaaS software development side of the company with the client facing delivery team, while seamlessly engaging with government clients. Your primary role will be to plan, establish, and expertly navigate technical projects for our customer base. Serving as the conduit between our customers and our internal technical and business resources, you\'ll ensure seamless alignment between project objectives and customer needs. Crafting comprehensive work plans, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the delivery of contractual obligations (BRDs, RTMs, Test Plans and Results, Design Documents, Deployment Plans), achieving critical milestones, and disseminating progress updates to all stakeholders, internal and external, will be critical to the success of the project.

What you will do:

• Project Manage all aspects of the end-to-end project management lifecycle for client facing SaaS 16+ Implementation projects (Executive & client status, kick-off, planning, discovery, design, build, system integration, data migration, lead client meeting & calls, etc.).
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to determine and define project scope and objectives to ensure contract adherence and delivery, while limiting scope creep.
• Manage the customer relationship during delivery and serve as the primary interface with the customer.
• Responsible for resource management and capacity planning across the project and mitigating any risk associated with resourcing.
• Manage all project management financial management functions, including forecasting, tracking revenue recognition schedule, tracking invoicing, and actual vs planned financial data.
• Lead ALL aspects of Client Communications, statuses, Issue and Risks Management to ensure the team is proactively managing the project (RAID logs, PM Tooling, Document Repositories, Dashboard, etc.).
• Develop and maintain project plans in MS Project and full SDLC project documentation to drive efficiency and on time and on budget delivery.
• Experience in large Data Migration or System Integration Projects from with different technologies or platforms (for example, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow)
• Initiate cross-team and cross-department communication to drive transparency and trust between the client and internal teams (Client Integrators, engineering, product management, and other technology teams).
• Serve as expert for the project management platform (MS Project Online, PWA).

What you will need:

• Bachelor\'s Degree required, preferably in engineering, computer science, or information systems
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Experience in Waterfall SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Minimum 7+ years working as a technical project manager or in a technical project leadership role for large software integration, SaaS buildout, or data migration projects
• Experience with implementing and administering ey processes and project management in a multi matrix organization a plus
• Strong experience in technical project management, integration and implementation
• Critical thinking and strong capable leadership in tense situations
• Proven track record of professionally interact with critical customer accounts
• Experience with Healthcare systems, protocols and technologies preferred
• Experience with MS Project (Project Online/PWA)
• Experience with federal, state, or local government projects and contracts/SOWs a bonus
