  J O B S P E CI F I C A TIO N S:

  This position will be responsible for managing the entire production team. There will be approx. 5 team leads reporting to this position with the production team reporting to those individuals. The goals of this position will be to ensure schedules are met for shipment dates, continuous improvement of means & methods to reduce cost, hire, promote & fire according to our Core Values

• Safety Management: Develop, implement, and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products meet or exceed company and industry standards

• Client Relations: Ensure production processes align with client requirements and deliver high-quality products on time

• Supplier Sourcing and Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials

• Organizational Skills:  Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure seamless production processes

• Continuous Improvement:  Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative solutions and ideas

• Team Management: Build, lead, and maintain a high-performing Manufacturing team.

• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the hiring, recruiting, attaining, and retaining of skilled staff to support production goals.

  E X P E R I E N CE (R es olu t io n + Qu a li t y + Accu r a c y )

   

• Must have a clear understanding of fabrication drawings, including structural steel.

• Must have experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook) & basic computer/internet skills.

• 3-5 years of related experience in the Industrial manufacturing industry

• Tekla EPM & Tekla Structures experience a plus

• Must be quality, detail, and accuracy oriented.

• Great verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Must be proactive, self-disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of an

  awesome team.
