Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This person will be responsible for growing business and maintaining their own book of business, utilizing their inside sales and outside sales experience to create and build relationships with businesses to obtain new business and grow current business. They will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering calls, and taking orders, as well as reaching out to prospective clients through email. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales process, effective communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain trust with long-term customers. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, focused, and willing to continually improve their sales skills and adapt to evolving market trends.

The first year potential is 80k-90k with your commission.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Work Environment

This role is based in an inside office environment, working alongside a small, dedicated team of 4 sellers. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4:30 pm.
