POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting work group as they manage project scope, quality, schedule and budget for individual projects. Consistently uses standard tools and methodology. Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Supports the project initiation process including drafting documentation and identifying requirements.
Helps draft planning documents, enters project schedule, updates Service Now project web site. Also maintains various project databases including, but not limited to, issues, schedules and requests.
Assists in project meeting preparation and execution. Drafts agendas, minutes, and presentation materials. Facilitates sub-team meetings.
Supports the communication plans by creating communication materials; updating documentation and web sites.
Provides support for the management and control of projects. Drafts change requests, follows-up on open issues/risks and tracks individual task status – using standard project management- tool documentation.
Helps complete the project closure tasks including lessons learned documentation; issues transition; and project document management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree level of knowledge in related field or equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business and healthcare experience.
Requires communication, and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences
Requires ability to communicate, and interact across facilities and at various levels.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Additional related education and/or experience.
