Neurons for ITSM System Administrator

This role requires someone capable of independently managing all aspects of our ITSM ecosystem, from system administration and development to data management and cross-platform integrations.

Required Skills

• Experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM OR a similar ITSM/ESM platform

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Proficiency with Boolean logic and complex expressions

• Knowledge of ETL processes and data governance

• SQL for report building and data retrieval

• Experience with PowerBI or similar BI reporting tools

• Experience with REST/SOAP API interactions

• Understanding of JSON and XML data formats

• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and collaborate across departments

• Demonstrates strong self-motivation and ability to work independently

• Excellent project management skills, including prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent projects

Preferred Skills

• Advanced SQL and database management skills

• Regular Expressions syntax and usage

• Proficiency in JavaScript

• Knowledge of DataBricks or similar data warehousing tools

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Graph

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)

• Understanding of IT asset management principles
