Insight Global Lead Data Process Analyst in New York, New York
Job Description
A financial services company is looking to hire a Lead Analyst to join their team. This person will be managing end to end project management, leading multiple dependencies upstream and downstream, data mapping and data gapping analysis, and managing a team of 5 analysts to ensure the design, build, test, and develop of the project is going smoothly. This role is a hybrid role located in Bangalore, India.

Skills and Requirements
5-7 years experience with Data Map & Gap Analysis and Ability to produce Source to Target transformation in an Excel (pseudo code)
Efficient in SQL (Basic and Complex SQL queries) which helps in data mining.
Good Communication skills
Agile working experience partnering with Technology teams (Includes design, build, test and implement).
leadership experience Banking experience (preferred)
Project management experience null
